• The home comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests! The master bedroom features a king bed, the second features a queen bed, and the third bedroom features a double bed. Downstairs, the fourth bedroom contains a king-sized bed and the remainder of the basement space has two double beds for the kids!
• All beds are made with freshly cleaned linens for your comfort and well-being.
• Enjoy complimentary wireless internet with Netflix, tea, and coffee during your stay!
• The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove, and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes, and cutlery.

- Our homes are fully stocked with the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Supplies are set up to last approximately 7 days. For extended stays beyond this, guests will need to purchase and maintain any additional items they require.
- The air conditioning system is available for your comfort during the summer months but is unavailable during the cooler months.
- The patio and backyard have been winterized for the winter season and are currently unavailable until the spring season.
- For Winter Weather: During the winter season, snow is removed within 24 hours "after" the snowfall has ended.
Please note that the jetted tub in the master bedroom ensuite is not working and awaiting repairs.

To ensure a safe, seamless, and high-quality experience, we kindly require all guests to complete the following quick steps after confirming their reservation:
1. Sign our short-term rental agreement
This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. It protects both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our homes and guest experiences. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks.
2. Complete ID verification
All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes.
3. Choose your damage protection option
You’ll have two options to finalize your booking:
– Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay.
OR
– Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules.
Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee.
We are an API-connected software host, which means that in accordance with Airbnb’s terms of service, we are permitted to implement “offline fees” to offer a security deposit or damage waiver option outside of the Airbnb platform. All requirements are clearly communicated and handled securely through our trusted guest portal.
Completion of these steps is required to finalize your booking prior to receiving check in instructions and entry codes.
• We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house.
• There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.
• Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Please reach out on the platform with any questions or concerns you may have!
• Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
